Surgical Coordinator

Our newly established cosmetic surgery center is seeking a skilled individual to join our team as a Surgical Coordinator. If you have a passion for precision, organization, and seamless coordination, coupled with previous experience and familiarity with cosmetic EMR systems, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate surgical schedules in collaboration with surgeons and their coordinators, ensuring smooth and efficient operation of the surgical center. Working closely with OR director to manage staff coverage and operating room availability.

Utilize Nextech EMR system to maintain accurate surgical records, schedule procedures, and manage pre-operative and post-operative documentation.

Serve as a primary point of contact for surgeons and their coordinators, providing timely communication and support throughout the surgical process. Making sure preoperative testing and consent forms are submitted in a timely manner.

Assist with front office duties, checking in patients and communicating with their caretakers

Provide administrative support such as filing, data entry, and managing medical documents

Assist in the development and implementation of operational protocols to optimize efficiency and streamline processes.
