Job Type: Full-Time / Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm EST

Compensation: $90k - $130k (base + bonus)

Each client’s matter is handled with special attention and care.  Work-life balance is an important part of our company culture; our attorneys rarely work outside of business hours. During the onboarding period, attorneys will be required to work in the office. However, after this period, they will have the flexibility to adopt a hybrid work schedule. In addition, you will be working with and help synergize our group of highly-respected attorneys who handle various practice areas and love working together as a team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients in family law matters, including divorce, child custody, child support, alimony, domestic violence, and other related issues.
  • Provide legal advice and counsel to clients, maintaining strong communication and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Attend court hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences.
  • Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.
  • Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to ensure comprehensive client service and case management.

Qualifications:

  • Admitted to practice law in New Jersey (NY and PA a plus).
  • 3-6 years of experience in family law (criminal defense and/or estate planning experience is a plus).
  • Business development experience is a plus.
  • Strong litigation and negotiation skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage a caseload independently and effectively.
  • Proficiency in Spanish is preferred.
