Could you be a good fit? We are looking for the best, highly skilled Software Testing Analyst to join the team of our exceptional client located in the greater Portland ME area. This is a fully remote role.

What will your day look like? As a Software Testing Analyst you will:

  • Execute and develop formal test plans, scenarios, and procedures for automated functional testing to assess stability, quality, and reliability of applications. Assess and review test coverage to ensure thorough review. Test, plan, develop automated scenarios and execute tests.
  • Perform application, smoke, integration, non-functional, and regression testing. Track and document test results and defects.
  • Implement and develop best practices and quality standards, contributing effort and ideas towards continuous improvement.
  • Establish and maintain strong partnerships with peers and members of a cross-functional work team.
  • Write clean, modular, and reusable tests scripts using coding practices.
  • Design and maintain data-driven, keyword-driven, or hybrid frameworks.


You will be a good fit for the Software Testing Analyst role if you have:

  • 1 or more years of experience writing test plans and strategies
  • Experience with Agile and Scrum process
  • Familiarity with tools like Rally, Jira, or equivalent for test and defect management
  • Hands-on experience with at least one coding-based test automation framework
  • Selenium (Java / Python / C#), TestNG or Junit (Java), PyTest, Unittest (Python), Cypress (JavaScript), or other similar framework
  • Strong knowledge of at least one programming or scripting language, such as Java, C#, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills as well as an analytical mind
