About the Position The Office Manager will organize and coordinate office administration and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency, and safety. Responsibilities include developing intra-office communication protocols, procedures, and inventory control. This full-time position reports to the Head of HR/IT.
Shift: Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 pm (with some flexibility)
Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate industry service knowledge
- Manage time off requests and update the shared calendar
- Oversee Kantech EntraPass Security Badge System
- Handle company cellphone system, MDM, and Verizon (billing, inventory, deployment)
- Address IT issues (security cameras, gates, etc.) and liaise with the IT partner
- Manage KnowBe4 IT safety program
- Order and deploy computer peripherals for new team members
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Oversee Fill Rite Fuel Management System and process reports
- Handle Front Desk emails and general voicemail
- Plan and manage events, including organizing and catering
- Use Microsoft software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Perform clerical duties (filing, organizing, etc.)
- Maintain office efficiency by implementing systems, layouts, and equipment procurement
- Prepare and manage the annual budget
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Good communication skills
- Positive attitude
- Good interpersonal and organizational skills
- Attention to detail
