Positions summary:

The Technical Sales / Program Manager will support the growth of the company through Sales, Engineering, and Project Management activities with a primary focus of new customer/program acquisitions. This individual will attend trade shows, present to customers, obtain RFQ’s, execute quotations, and develop in-depth knowledge of target markets, customers, and applications. This role will work closely with all internal departments supporting new project implementation, existing project execution, quality related initiatives, and control of sensitive information.


To succeed in the role you have strong technical experience with specialty metal forming or metals manufacturing, plus some experience with aerospace industry standards and supplier requirements.


Key qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in a Technical Sales role
  • Project Management experience a must
  • Aerospace and/or Defense experience required
  • Travel as required, estimated between 10% to 25%
  • CAD software experience (SolidWorks preferred)
  • Attitude highly focused on solutions and any actions necessary to realize them
  • Metal experience required. Metal forming and Metallurgy knowledge a plus
  • Engineering Degree (Aerospace, Mechanical preferred) can be offset with solid practical experience solving material challenges
