Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role for a Behavioral Health Technician at Meaningful Milestones ABA LLC. The Behavioral Health Technician will be responsible for providing behavioral intervention services to clients under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA). The role involves working directly with clients to implement ABA techniques, collect data, and document progress.


Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Completed RBT certification program and current RBT certification preferred
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with children
  • Experience individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to follow instructions, implement interventions accurately, and maintain detailed records
  • Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
  • Passion for making a positive impact on the lives of others


Relevant qualifications may include a degree in psychology, behavior analysis, special education, or related field. Fluency in a second language may also be beneficial for this role.
