PROGRAM DETAILS:


  • Unpaid program; flexible hours to work with class schedule.
  • Fuel reimbursement and any other expenses related to deliveries and E11EVEN Vodka specific events.
  • Gain practical experience in event marketing and management within the vodka category.
  • Work closely with experienced professionals who will provide mentorship and guidance.

  • Networking opportunities within the spirits industry and exposure to brand marketing strategies.

  • Ability to earn class credit for internship.


RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Assist in the planning and coordination of various on-site promotional events and tastings.
  • Support logistics for events including equipment setup and break down and coordination of event staff.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless execution of events.
  • Assist in developing event marketing materials as necessary such as invitations, promotional flyers, and signage.
  • Assist with management of event timelines and budgets and ensure all details are organized and accounted for.
  • Conduct pre-event and post-event evaluations and report on event performance and outcomes.
  • Research industry trends and competitor activities to identify new event opportunities and best practices.
  • Contribute creative ideas and insights to enhance the impact and success of our events.


General Marketing Team Support:


  • Assist with administrative needs including but not limited to pickup, packing, and shipping of materials and merchandise.
  • Assist with monthly point of sale and merchandise inventory tracking.
  • Ability to speak with store owners, managers and sales reps to execute and merchandise all monthly chain program to-dos as necessary.
  • Visiting accounts as a brand advocate to audit brand presence and deplete and sample product as necessary.
  • Mystery shop retail tastings. Assist in putting together and shipping out retail sampling kits.
  • Merchandise retail accounts with POS when needed.


QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Currently pursuing a degree in marketing, hospitality management, event planning, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude and the ability to problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Interest in the spirits industry and understanding of event marketing strategies is advantageous.


ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:


  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Must be pursuing a bachelor’s degree at an accredited institution (education will be verified).
  • Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without requiring a work visa.
  • Must own a car and be willing to work in a hybrid setting from the office in Miami Beach, FL and other necessary locations.
