Director of Manufacturing Operations

The ideal candidate for the Director of Manufacturing Operations is a highly analytical leader who will join our senior management team. You will be responsible for leading the company's day-to-day manufacturing operations (managing the company budget, shift staffing, ensuring operational compliance is followed, and addressing administrative issues). Responsibilities

  • Direct all manufacturing functions specific to data center, power and modular construction products.
  • Determine company's strategic growth as part of the executive team
  • Manage all shifts for all schedules and work with line managers and team leads to provide progressive training and staff retention to meet all client production goals.
  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and projects


Qualifications


  • 10+ years of manufacturing experience specific to Data Center, Power, and Modular Construction (Required for successful application)
  • Expressed track record of project management and delivery with complex projects
  • Customer facing experience serving as a liaison with suppliers, customers, and the market
  • BA degree or equivalent
