Job Title: Sr Technical Project Analyst (Vehicle/Automotive knowledge)

Location: Newark, CA (Onsite)

Duration: 9 Months

Position Type: Contract on W2


Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Sr. Technical Project Analyst for our Vehicle Programs team.

This position requires an automotive professional with relevant experience planning and organizing vehicle programs to launch.

Our ideal candidate exhibits a strong drive, an organized mindset, and has had prior experience bringing vehicles to production.

Candidates will be expected to demonstrate excellence in their respective fields, to possess the ability to learn quickly and to strive for perfection within a fast-paced environment.


The Role:

Drive the vehicle program timelines and deliverables

Ensure projects stay on track by coordinating resources, identifying and eliminating blockers

Manage system and vehicle requirements across the organization

Enhance and maintain our vehicle program processes for tracking and reporting

Regularly report status to management and executives.


Requirements:

Bachelor of Science minimum in a relevant science or engineering field or extensive years doing relevant work in the automotive industry.

Proven experience with automotive vehicle programs.

Strong understanding of industry vehicle standards.

Experience making and tracking schedules for large programs / projects.

Strong knowledge of the automotive testing process for production vehicles.

Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members, vendors and management. Comfortable with initiating and taking ownership of projects.

Track record of establishing strong processes and work procedures.

Organized mindset and time management skills to keep projects on track to the finish.


Advantageous:

Master’s degree in a relevant engineering field MBA or professional certification for Project/Program Management.

Experience testing fully electric vehicles 5+ years of experience.
