**Job Overview**:
**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their challenges and objectives
- Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to gather business requirements
- Analyze current business processes and propose improvements or new system requirements
- Utilize data analytics tools to analyze large datasets, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to support business decisions
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards that provide visibility into key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics
- Work with IT and data teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Translate business needs into detailed technical requirements for IT development teams
- Create functional specifications, data flow diagrams, and process maps to guide system design and development
- Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure clear communication and alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
- Facilitate meetings and presentations to report on findings, progress, and solutions
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and tracking to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Identify project risks and issues, and work with the team to develop mitigation and resolution strategies
- Collaborate with QA teams to define testing strategies and plans
- Review test cases and participate in testing activities to ensure that solutions meet business requirements and quality standards
- Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for users on new systems and reports
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to users on data analytics tools and methodologies.

**Required Skills and Experience**:

- Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst or similar role, with a strong focus on data analytics
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze large datasets and translate data into insights
- Proficiency in data analytics tools and business intelligence platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Knowledge of business process reengineering and requirements gathering methodologies
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum)
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred skills**:

- Certifications in data analytics & business analysis.
- Experience in specific industries or business domains relevant to the organization.
- Experience with Salesforce.
- Experience with Tableau.

**Physical Demands**:

- Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards
- Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
- Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitors

**Education**:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field
