We are looking for a skilled project/program manager to migrate the client's enterprise ArcGIS platform to ESRI Utility Network on Azure cloud. This project will span over three years and serves the critical needs of our Gas and Electric business operations. Responsibilities include managing project scope, schedules, budgets, and resources, all while maintaining a focus on quality and business partner satisfaction.


Skills:

  • Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record in delivering large-scale projects (USD)15M to (USD)30M.
  • Proficiency in GIS, Spatial Solutions, and Smart Grid technologies, with SAP project experience preferred.
  • Comprehensive understanding of utility operations and regulatory environments.
  • Expertise in project management methodologies.
  • Effective communication skills for stakeholder engagement and conflict resolution.
  • Strategic decision-making and problem-solving capabilities to navigate complex project landscapes.
  • Experience with RFP processes, contract negotiations, and vendor management.


Responsibilities:

  • Directing all facets of the program lifecycle, encompassing scope definition, scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, quality management, and inter-dependency management.
  • Leading multiple System Integrators to deliver on project milestones and objectives.
  • Operating autonomously to achieve strategic business objectives and facilitate efficient project delivery.
  • Creating and managing project artifacts such as plans, metrics, communications, and schedules.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with IT and business teams to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.
  • Overseeing regulatory compliance and cyber requirements to uphold industry standards.


Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or Science, or equivalent industry experience.
  • PMP certification, PMI, Scrum Master, or similar certification.
