Overview:

We are currently seeking a Marketing Manager to spearhead the Marketing strategy and execution for our New Computing and Mobile Experiences (NCME) products. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of each business, its operational channels, and the strategic landscape. The role involves providing strategic guidance and action plans to drive sales, reporting directly to the Director of Marketing on the ATT Account Team.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and delivery of go-to-market campaigns that unify our mobile category products and align with AT&T's priorities.
  • Collaborate with AT&T and internal marketing teams to tailor integrated marketing campaigns supporting product launches and life cycle management for NCME products.
  • Identify growth opportunities within customer-specific channels, such as Company-Owned Retail, Dealer, and partner dot.com, and develop programs to enhance the company's market share.
  • Work closely with Channel Marketing Strategy & Ops, Business Planning, Strategy and Analytics, Product Management, and Sales Account Teams to drive Revenue.
  • Lead and execute internal and external meetings and workshops as required.
  • Manage day-to-day marketing operations for the account team.
  • Oversee the annual marketing calendar and quarterly marketing program decks with inputs from other team members.


Background/Experience Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or business-related field (MBA preferred).
  • 8+ years of work experience (preferably in the mobile or CPG industry).
  • Strong grasp of traditional and digital marketing, with a focus on driving audience relevance and sales.
  • Exceptional strategic planning and analytical skills, along with financial acumen and organizational planning abilities.
  • Proven self-starter with high motivation, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, sound business judgment, and strong managerial leadership potential.

  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with all levels within and outside the company.
  • Efficiently plan, organize, and prioritize multiple assignments and projects.
  • Review detailed product development and marketing documents as necessary.
  • Demonstrate competency in both oral and written communication for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Work independently and collaboratively to achieve business objectives, and personal and team goals within established time frames.
  • Ability to develop tasks and work assignments based on loosely defined objectives.



Work Environment and Expectations:

This role operates within the following work environment and expectations:

  • Predominantly office-based work.
  • Utilization of computer keyboard and video display terminal for approximately 50% of work time, often for extended periods.
  • Handling of equipment, typically weighing under 25 pounds.
  • Management of tasks within periodic or cyclical time schedules and stresses, including time-sensitive responsibilities, occasional unpaid overtime, and intellectual challenges.
  • Negotiation of various stressors such as fatigue, continuous technical data feedback, language barriers, and business management stress.
  • Usage of machines, tools, equipment, and work aids typically associated with PCs, printers, and office environments.
  • Occasional work beyond regular hours.
  • Operating under minimal direct supervision, with significant responsibility to apply policies and guidelines. Decisions are seldom monitored, and their consequences may significantly impact operating results and management decisions. This role involves access to confidential company data, where discretion is vital to maintain the company's competitive position.
