Secondarily, the candidate will support on-prem infrastructure, remediate vulnerabilities, and maintain cloud-based environments.Currently seeking a CI/CD Automation Engineer with our client in the financial industry located in Plano, TX and Charlotte, NC. This is a 12+ month contract position.Responsibilities: Implement and support CI/CD automation for the programSupport on-prem infrastructure, remediate vulnerabilities, and maintain cloud-based environmentsMaintain high standards of software quality as a control point for code deliveryUnderstand and troubleshoot complex CI and CD automation implementationsDrive developers to adopt best practicesPackage and support deployment of releasesDevelop, refine, and tune integrations between applicationsRequirements: 7+ years in Information Technology5+ years developing, implementing, supporting CI and/or CD solutionsExperience with source control management systems and code-branching strategiesExperience with one or more scripting or low-level programming languageExperience with agile development methodologies including Kanban and ScrumPossess strong analytical, research, technical, and problem-solving capabilities, and a demonstrated ability to broadly apply these skillsAutonomous/self-starterThorough and focused work efforts with strong attention to detailHighly professional with strong communication skills (both written and verbal)Proficiency in one of the following disciplines: Salesforce or Unix-based Operating Systems.Solid grasp of SSH and TLS concepts (SSH keys, certificates, etc.)Salesforce Administration or Unix-Based Operating System FundamentalsDesired skills: Experience developing complex build/deployment solutions using tools such as: Jenkins, Artifactory, CodeScan, Ansible Automation Platform, ANT, XLR, and OctaneExposure to enterprise monitoring technologies (Splunk, App Dynamics)Python
