Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
  • 1-3+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis or a related finance role, including financial consolidations.
  • Strong accounting knowledge
  • Ability to work with data, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of effectively presenting information to top level management
  • Ability to build and maintain working relationships across the organization


Responsibilities

  • Serve as a key member of the Corporate Finance team
  • Provide financial planning and analysis support. Development of budgets and forecasts, including preparing slide decks for management presentations.
  • Review business unit metrics to identify and avoid discrepancies
  • Coordinate with a variety of business units to understand and report on monthly items. This will include items such as inventory, working capital, and quarterly and annual capital projects.
  • Follow up with business units to understand significant variances between actual, budget, and forecast results, and assist with corrective actions
  • Maintaining benchmarking summaries
  • Perform various ad-hoc projects as needed
