Job Summary
The Administrator-in-Training Program is a supervised internship where the AIT works to earn their Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) License. It’s a full-time paid executive training program that varies in length and curriculum based on level of experience. AITs receive practical, on-the-job-training in a skilled nursing home environment under the direct supervision of a preceptor. In preparation for skilled nursing leadership, the AIT may be mentored by one or more skilled nursing home CEOs to gain a thorough understanding of our culture, operating model, systems and what it takes to be a successful leader in Cascadia Healthcare.

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- MBA, MHA, or related field preferred
- Strong sense of business management, financials, and ethics required
- Minimum 5 years management experience required
