Junior Producer

Summary

This role is responsible for managing the production of all creative assets that meet business needs. The Creative Producer works closely with Marketing business partners and the creative team to ensure each project is successful, meeting objectives and delivered within time, cost, and quality parameters.


Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  • Production: Manages multiple creative projects from ideation to execution with an emphasis on social, print and web
  • Project Management: Determines project requirements, timelines, and resources needed for creative work. Maintains project status to ensure deadlines are met and projects are within budget.
  • Relationship Management: Builds and maintains strong relationships with internal business partners (including product and engineering departments), creative discipline leads, and agency partners.
  • Risk Assessment: Identify risks and problem solving appropriately, escalating as necessary.


Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • 1 to 3 years of experience working in a creative agency or in-house creative team.
  • Functional Knowledge: adept at managing creative workflows from concept to delivery.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and communicate with stakeholders often to ensure deliverables are met.
  • Customer Focus: Can meet the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers.
  • Organization: Pays attention to details and is organized; can take clear meeting notes; is thorough when communicating; can stay on top of all project components.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensuring project quality by following visual QA processes.
  • Works Autonomously: Self-starter that can work independently, can escalate to leader as needed.
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with Workfront (or similar) project management systems

  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
  • As a contractor, including remote contractors, you may be required to complete a background check.
