Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with clients about estate planning, estate administration, and tax planning.
  • Prepare wills, trusts, and power of attorney documents.
  • Advocate on behalf of clients by understanding their needs, effectively analyzing the situation, and forming a strategy for a plan of action.
  • Represent clients on corporate and transactional matters.


Qualifications:

  • Candidates with have 1-5 years of tax, trusts and estates legal experience with additional experience in corporate and transactional areas of law.
  • Knowledge in estate planning, estate administration and tax planning is required.
  • Estate Litigation experience is a plus.
  • Membership to the NJ Bar is a must; license in NY is also preferred.
  • The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and desire to continue to learn and grow with our firm.
