JOB TITLE:

Assistant Production Coordinator

REPORTS TO:

Product Manager / Director

OVERVIEW:

The Production Coordinator will support the Sourcing and Production Team overseeing the product production process. The Coordinator will be accountable for the execution of orders by performing responsibilities of product development; sourcing, order placement, sample tracking, and delivery follow up.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

·        Issue and manage purchase orders.

·        Daily follow ups, timely communication with overseas and domestic vendors to track production status

·        Responsible for the ordering and tracking of Studio and TOP samples.

·        Assist with tracking purchase order deliveries

·        Interact daily with cross functional teams, attend team meeting

REQUIREMENTS:

·        Strong analytical skills.

·        Detail oriented.

·        Strong problem solving skills.

·        Strong communication skills- both written and verbal.

·        Able to multi-task

·        Strong understanding of the product development process.

·        Proficient in word, excel, Outlook

·        Additional related experience working in manufacturing and sourcing with global vendors.
