Are you ready to set the standard for Premium apparel?


Main purpose of the Social Media Content Editor role:

As the Social Media Content Editor, you will lead the creation and execution of our social media editorial strategies, with a particular focus on TikTok and Instagram. You will be responsible for developing high-quality content, reinforcing the brand position as a fashion authority and destination on what’s new and next with aspirational but relatable stories that help grow our audience, convert followers into customers and drive sales.


Key Responsibilities:

• Create and execute a comprehensive social editorial strategy that prioritizes storytelling and showcases REVOLVE products and lifestyle, with a focus on TikTok, Instagram and Pinterest

• Manage ongoing social content calendars, including briefing, storyboarding and liaising with content creators

• Produce engaging, platform-specific stories that speak to trends, customer mindset, key products and more, maximizing content opportunities across these three channels; act as one of the brand's on-camera personalities

• Serve as the subject matter expert on key social channels, staying up to date on what’s trending and who’s trending, reacting quickly in context of what makes sense for the brand

• Track and analyze performance metrics in TikTok, Instagram and Pinterest, transforming data into actionable insights; provide regular reporting and thoughtful interpretation


What We’re Looking For:

• Live and breathe social media with 3+ years in social media management and content creation within the fashion industry

• Proven expertise in creating and editing content for TikTok and Instagram as well as Pinterest. Proficient with editing tools and platforms

• Deep understanding of social media trends, platform-specific content strategies and influencer marketing

• Ability to generate fresh and engaging content ideas and approach challenges with innovative solutions

• Strong writing and communication skills

• Excellent analytical skills with experience in using social media and analytics tools to drive performance and report insights

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks and adjust strategies based on business needs, performance data and emerging trends

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in California, Revolve includes a reasonable estimate of the salary or hourly rate range for this role. This takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions; including but not limited to business or organizational needs, skill sets, experience and training, licensure, and certifications.

A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $85-95K.
