· Develop and execute Hillhouse Capital’s investment strategy, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall business objectives and growth plans.

· Monitor and analyze global market trends to identify potential investment opportunities and risks.

Portfolio Management:

· Manage and optimize the company’s investment portfolio to ensure diversification and risk control.

· Regularly evaluate portfolio performance and make necessary adjustments to maximize returns.

Due Diligence and Risk Management:

· Conduct thorough due diligence to assess the potential and risks of investment projects.

· Develop and implement effective risk management strategies to ensure the stability and security of the investment portfolio.

Team Leadership and Development:

· Lead and manage the investment team, ensuring effective collaboration and professional development of team members.

· Provide training and guidance to enhance the team’s analytical and decision-making capabilities.

Cross-Department Collaboration:

· Work closely with the finance, legal, and operations departments to ensure comprehensive and compliant investment strategies and decisions.

· Provide technical support and investment advice to help other departments achieve their strategic goals.

Investor Relations:

· Maintain and develop relationships with investors and partners, ensuring transparent and effective communication.

· Regularly report to investors on portfolio performance and significant investment decisions.

Qualifications:

· Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.

· Experience: At least 10 years of investment-related experience, with a minimum of 5 years in investment management. Experience with reputable investment firms or large fund management companies is preferred.

· Professional Skills:

o Deep understanding of global financial markets and various investment instruments.

o Familiarity with portfolio management, risk management, and due diligence processes.

o Excellent financial analysis and modeling skills.

· Leadership Skills: Outstanding leadership and team management abilities, with a capacity to inspire and develop team members.

· Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting effectively with individuals at all levels and with investors.

· Decision-Making Skills: Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities, able to make sound investment decisions in complex environments.
