JT’s is part of a locally owned restaurant group consisting of four unique and successful concepts, each rooted in quality, hospitality, and a dedication to great food. At JT’s, we focus on modern Italian cuisine prepared with classic technique, premium ingredients, and the kind of thoughtful preparation that turns familiar dishes into memorable experiences. Our menu honors Italian tradition while embracing freshness, creativity, and seasonality from house-made pastas to carefully sourced seafood, steaks, and regional favorites. We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef with a strong work ethic, leadership mindset, and passion for excellence. This individual will play an essential role in upholding culinary standards, leading the kitchen team, and helping deliver the exceptional guest experience JT’s is known for.
