Responsibilities Include but are not limited to: Prepare pastry menu items from start to finish for evening service, including preparation of ingredients, cooking, and plating Assist with basic prep duties as directed by the Pastry Chef for evening service Maintain knowledge of products, ingredients, allergens, and sourcing Ensure proper storage and sanitation standards in all kitchen areas during evening shifts Collaborate with the Pastry Chef and other front and back of house evening teams Complete evening shift opening and closing side work checklists daily Comply with the Department of Health and workplace safety regulations Perform other duties as assigned by management during evening shifts Requirements: 1+ years of experience in an upscale, high-volume restaurant environment, preferably evening shifts High school diploma or equivalent Ability to lift, move, and carry heavy boxes (at least 50 lbs) Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Excellent teamwork and communication skills Knowledge of BeefBar brand, culture, and products Polished personal presentation and grooming per company standards Qualified applicants should submit their resume and a brief explanation of why they are the best fit for the evening Pastry Cook role.
