Cafe Roze is looking for an experienced floor manager. Looking for highly motivated and positive individual to help lead our team. Management experience and wine knowledge would be preferred. Cafe Roze is a high volume all-day cafe located in East Nashville, focusing on cocktails, wine, and incredible food As floor manager, the individual will undertake all necessary duties as are generally performed by individuals who are employed in such capacity. This includes but is not limited to:- Oversee day to day operations on the floor and make sure that service and staff are operating at their best. - Drive sales through maximizing reservations, coach and mentor staff, observe and analyze challenges in service and present solutions. Coordinate restaurant operations during each shift- Monitor adherence to health, safety and hygiene standards in kitchen, restaurant and bar- Ensure alcohol regulations are adhered to standards- Critical thinking and troubleshooting is a must.
