Job Description: Line Supervisor: We are looking for an experienced, self-driven and motivated Supervisor to join our team As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading, managing, rewarding, and motivating team members to ensuring their daily success. As well as, identifying and executing processess and procedure opportunities. Duties/responsibilities:Set clear team goals and hold Team Members accountableDelegate tasks and set deadlinesOversee day-to-day teams' operation and performanceCreate a healthy and motivating work environmentExceptional Safety standardsExceptional Quality standardsEnvironmental complianceMonitor team performance and report on metricsMotivate team membersDiscover training needs and provide coachingListen to team members' feedback and resolve any issues or conflictsEnsure customer satisfaction by meeting deadlines and quality expectationsSupport material and inventory initiativesDemonstrate continuous improvement cultureBasic understanding of financials, budgets, COGS and variancesKnow the product build and performance detailsEmbody our circle of culture: Service oriented "yes" people, competitive, humble, profitable, aggressive, ethical, and teamwork.
