The Role:

The Marketing Coordinator is a crucial position at Ambient Edge, reporting directly to the Sales Manager. This role involves creating innovative brand strategies to contribute to significant business growth and expansion. It is an ideal opportunity for an experienced individual seeking to join a well-established, growth-oriented service organization.

The ideal candidate is a potential or proven leader who is open to change, adept at handling uncertainty, capable of adapting strategies swiftly, and adept at presenting new ideas creatively. You possess strong organizational skills, can manage competing deadlines effectively, and have advanced problem-solving abilities. Your business acumen is exceptional, and you have a track record of delivering results successfully.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate daily with management to coordinate print and digital marketing content.
  • Manage marketing projects from inception to completion.
  • Oversee and evaluate the company's marketing budget, analyze KPIs, and optimize expenditures for maximum ROI.
  • Inform management, sales staff, and customer service center about advertising opportunities.
  • Work with the general manager and sales manager to plan, organize, and assist with all advertising activities.
  • Create a comprehensive list of all available advertising and media options, including necessary resources, costs, and delivery timelines.
  • Offer Social Media assistance for the Company.
  • Design, produce, review, and procure print marketing materials and supporting documents (e.g., flyers, postcards) for approved marketing campaigns.
  • Update Company Website.
  • Maintain an annual schedule for all contracted advertising.
  • Enhance and establish brand visibility for our Company.
  • Coordinate, direct, and align marketing initiatives.
  • Develop promotions with department heads, such as magazine ads, radio spots, and social media campaigns.
  • Maintain detailed records of your responsibilities, including daily/weekly/monthly task lists, completed trainings, contact/vendor database, external company contracts, and turnover binder.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a relevant field, some college education preferred.
  • Exceptionally detail-oriented, self-motivated, creative, enthusiastic, and adaptable.
  • Works effectively in a fast-paced environment and can handle multiple tasks.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Friendly, customer-centric demeanor at all times.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Skilled in Social Media Management.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign and Photoshop.
  • Understanding of budgets and expense management.
