Conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues and address them promptly

  • Respond to maintenance requests from staff and tenants in a timely manner
  • Provide excellent customer service by effectively communicating with staff, tenants, and vendors
  • Handling garbage and surrounding building area clean up
  • Utilize mechanical knowledge to diagnose and repair equipment failures
  • Perform general facilities maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, and electrical repairs, sweeping, mopping and vacuuming.
  • Perform maintenance and repair tasks on various equipment and systems

Skills:

  • Excellent customer service skills to interact with staff, tenants, and vendors
  • Mechanical knowledge to diagnose and repair equipment failures
  • Experience in facilities maintenance including garbage clean up, painting, plumbing, mopping, sweeping and electrical repairs

Pay:
From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 per week
