About the Role:

CAMBA is seeking a skilled Maintenance Worker to join our team at the Flagstone Family Center. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the maintenance and upkeep of our facilities, including performing routine maintenance tasks, responding to maintenance requests, and providing excellent customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, painting, and repairing facilities and equipment
  • Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Conduct daily pre-trip vehicle inspections and ensure that all vehicles are in good working condition
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients, including escorting them to appointments and assisting with transportation needs
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report any issues or concerns to management

Requirements:

  • Sufficient education and technical expertise to comprehend written and oral instructions and accomplish maintenance tasks
  • Valid New York State Driver's License and excellent driving history
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
