Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced M&A Manager with a deep understanding of the manufacturing sector to lead our mergers and acquisitions initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing M&A projects, from initial assessment through integration. This role requires strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end M&A process, including target identification, due diligence, valuation, negotiation, and integration.
  • Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify potential acquisition targets that align with the companys strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and refine M&A strategies and objectives.
  • Perform detailed financial modeling and valuation analysis to support investment decisions.
  • Coordinate and conduct due diligence efforts, working closely with legal, financial, operational, and technical teams.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports and recommendations to the executive team and board of directors.
  • Negotiate transaction terms and structure, working with internal and external legal advisors.
  • Develop and execute integration plans to ensure smooth transitions and realize synergies.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of acquired companies, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes impacting the manufacturing sector.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, engineering, or a related field. MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in M&A, with a strong focus on the manufacturing industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex M&A transactions from inception to completion.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial modeling, valuation techniques, and due diligence processes.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, supply chain management, and industry-specific challenges.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, and familiarity with M&A-specific tools and software.
