HH Global is looking for Account Directors (AD) with diverse marketing expertise and skills to provide added value to our clients by overseeing current project scopes, identifying new opportunities, and delivering HH Global's complete range of services.

ADs must possess exceptional client interaction and communication abilities as they play a crucial role in nurturing trust with key partners across all aspects of our projects.

The AD supervises an on-site customer service team and is responsible for all aspects of outstanding service delivery - including creative/digital, product development, procurement, operations, and warehouse/logistics support.

This position holds the ultimate accountability for the successful implementation of client initiatives and is directly responsible for account financial and operational performance, expansion, and all service level agreements.

The ideal candidate is motivated, meticulous, demonstrates responsibility, high enthusiasm, and is dedicated to devising strategic and innovative solutions that go beyond client expectations.

Each Account Director manages a business segment within our organization, utilizing HH Global's technology and knowledge to develop innovative solutions that drive outcomes.

They identify and address any service delivery challenges that arise, ensuring the achievement of strategic goals, such as sustainability.

Considering our business model relies on regular client interactions, presence is crucial, and we prefer our ADs to work on-site with our client stakeholders and teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate and enhance strong, strategic, and collaborative client partnerships.
- Sustain and grow program revenue and profitability.
- Maintain exceptional service and transparency standards.

- Serve as a vital intermediary between clients, creative and production teams, suppliers, and shared service teams to ensure all contract terms and SLAs are fulfilled.

- Participate in client marketing meetings, collaborate with relevant client agencies, and offer strategic direction to the client service team to optimize bidding and production processes.

- Act as the P&L owner for client partnerships, overseeing financial and operational performance, budgeting, and forecasting.- Assess and maintain job profitability in accordance with contract obligations.- Ensure both quantitative and qualitative performance of accounts.

- Guarantee account profitability and competitive pricing by collaborating with the Strategic Sourcing team to develop comprehensive sourcing strategies and select optimal suppliers.

- Collaborate with Operations Business Partners to create and deliver quarterly business reviews focused on data and incremental growth opportunities.- Function as a subject matter expert and escalation point for account team issues, both internally with support resources and externally with clients.- Comprehend team roles and duties to connect team members with relevant subject matter experts and support resources.
- Enforce compliance with company policies and procedures among respective teams.
- Manage contract renewals in partnership with sector leadership.
- Oversee SG&A in alignment with the budget.
Knowledge, Skills + Experience

- Minimum 5-8 years of practical account management, creative, and/or production experience across several, high volume, or highly complex clients within a client service framework.

- 5-8 years of direct client engagement experience.
- Inclination and background in engaging with senior-level decision-makers.
- Readiness to embrace accountability and adopt a solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to quickly grasp and proactively adjust to new client needs.
- Experience in full P&L management and responsibility with strong business and financial understanding.
- Proficiency in complex contract review and negotiations.
- Demonstrated project and team management skills overseeing large teams.
- Displayed proactive and analytical problem-solving approach.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or surpassing established objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
