Job Highlights

  • Initiate and drive process enhancements to boost performance, efficiency, and safety. Ensure that crucial Process Safety Information such as P&ID's, operating procedures, and interlock matrices are consistently updated and identified.
  • Regularly review process performance in comparison to expected parameters to pinpoint deviations impacting efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop basic process design packages for capital projects, facilitating improvements within respective units.
  • Manage and sustain the PSM - Management of Change system for the Bushy Park Facility.
  • Offer technical support to operations and environmental sectors to resolve issues and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Deliver essential technical training to aid operations in adapting to process modifications and new procedures.
  • Oversee process hazard analysis, incident inquiries, and safety assessments.
  • Assist Plant and HSE Management by compiling KPIs on a regular basis (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly).

Requirements

  • Hold at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Chemistry (Possessing a Professional Engineer certification is a bonus).
  • 3-5 years of relevant industry experience should be part of your profile.
  • Prior experience with accident investigation tools (like Taproot), process operations, hazard and risk analysis, API facility guidelines, and safe work practices are desirable.
  • Familiarity with wastewater treatment operations, design, service procurement, and construction.
  • Capable of working effectively within teams and handling multiple projects/task simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in standard engineering software tools and programs.
