Join the team at COSCO Home and Office, a division of Dorel, dedicated to improving and simplifying everyday life with a range of home products. We are seeking a creative 3D Artist with a strong passion for 3D modeling, texturing, and imagery creation, coupled with an artistic flair and an interest in interior design. The ideal candidate must be meticulous and well-organized, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines. Responsibilities include crafting detailed virtual scenes, developing 3D models and textures, setting up lighting and cameras, and showcasing products through compelling imagery. We are looking for a self-motivated individual with a knack for creative problem-solving.
Essential Job Functions
- Produce 3D models of products with realistic textures based on accurate measurements.
- Create bespoke 3D lifestyle images for various settings like living rooms, bedrooms, home offices, garages, and outdoor spaces.
- Set up scene lighting effectively.
- Update renderings to align with current trends, styling preferences, and brand strategies.
- Keep track of deadlines and maintain organized rendering files.
- Provide support for online and physical content through renderings.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices through continuous learning.
- Display a positive attitude and adaptability to changing project priorities.
- Additional duties as required.
Necessary Skills
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Design, Illustration, CGI, or related field.
- Prior Experience: 0-2 years of experience as a 3D Artist with a strong portfolio showcasing impactful imagery.
- Hard Skills: Proficiency in photorealistic rendering software such as 3D Studio Max with V-Ray, Adobe CC, and Microsoft Office. Strong artistic sense, photography principles, and video editing skills are a plus.
- Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time management abilities. Capability to juggle multiple projects efficiently, adapt to changes, and make informed decisions. Goal-oriented, detail-oriented, and proactive problem solver.
- Physical Requirements: Standard office conditions, with occasional light lifting and prolonged periods of standing, walking, or sitting.
