Responsibilities:

  • Assist in food preparation and cooking in the food truck kitchen
  • Take customer orders and handle cash transactions using a cash register or POS system
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the food truck
  • Serve customers with a friendly and positive attitude
  • Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed
  • Catering/food truck service will be standing for long periods of time. Will be serving ramen and handling transactions.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in cash handling and basic math skills
  • Familiarity with kitchen operations and equipment
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Knowledge of sanitation standards for food handling
This position will be taking place on the OC Fair Grounds and will be worked Friday

  • Sunday for the OC County Fair.
PLEASE NOTE THIS JOB IS HOURLY AT $16.00 AN HOUR + TIPS
