Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manages a team of 3 Assistant Managers and approximately 25-30 employees. Assigns, oversees, and evaluates work for compliance
- Handles hiring, training, evaluating, disciplining, and terminating employees
- Provides on-the-job training for new employees
- Responsible for ordering, receiving, storing, and issuing all food, labor, equipment, cleaning, and paper supplies to minimize losses from waste or theft
- Assists in supervising food preparation, sales, and service operations
- Forecasts food items for each shift
- Supervises food preparation and service operations during shifts and ensures restaurant efficiency during rush periods
- Assists in greeting customers, taking orders, assembling orders, and ensuring correctness
- Ensures world-class customer service for every customer
- Manages deliveries and supervises drivers to optimize delivery business
- Completes daily food preparations and maintains cleanliness
- Executes systems and procedures accurately
- Controls inventory and schedules regular ordering
- Conducts weekly manager meetings
- Audits systems, procedures, and shift paperwork
- Performs preventative maintenance on store equipment
- Manages cash drawers and follows deposit procedures
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Work Environment:
Must be proficient in English language, have strong math skills, and computer knowledge (Excel, Word)
Required to perform various physical tasks and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
Physical demands are representative of the job's essential functions
Employee may be occasionally exposed to mechanical parts and moderate noise levels
Special Requirements:
Willing to work overtime, holidays, and weekends as needed
Must be 18 years old, possess a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, current auto insurance, clean driving record, and able to work 50-60 hours per week
