Responsibilities

We are offering an internship position on the Corporate Marketing team as a Marketing Content Operations Intern for individuals seeking hands-on experience and mentorship in a corporate setting. As an intern, you will work on the following:

Content Management & Operations

  • Assist in publishing content to our content management system (CMS), blog, website, social media channels, and company intranet, following content calendars to ensure timely publication.
  • Work with subject matter experts (SMEs) and copywriters to maintain and optimize content using audit results and performance data.
  • Collaborate with content strategists to apply relevant tags and categories to articles, blog posts, videos, and other content, ensuring consistency across platforms and channels.

Experience Design & Coordination

  • Create content experiences on the CMS following brand and style guidelines.
  • Work closely with regional marketing teams, content writers, designers, and strategists to intake and define project requirements.

Data Input & Reporting

  • Maintain databases and spreadsheets to track assets, keywords, and performance indicators.
  • Monitor and analyze performance data using tools like Google Analytics and Hotjar.
  • Accurately input, organize, and report on data related to content performance, audience engagement, and campaign metrics.
  • Assist with A/B and conversion rate testing of content, call-to-action (CTA) tiles, and landing pages and to continuously optimize and improve platform performance.
  • Create and manage UTM parameters for tracking content performance.


Qualifications

The ideal candidate would possess the following skills and background

    • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
    • Basic understanding of SEO principles and content marketing.
    • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
    • Experience utilizing collaboration tools (e.g. Notion, Loop, Trello, Teamwork, Wrike).

Internship Details:

  • $18.00 per hour
  • Working hours: 8 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday
  • Hybrid work environment
