Job Description

We are seeking a 2025 Summer Intern to join our Construction Management Internship Program. This paid internship is ideal for college students with a passion for construction.

As a Field Intern, you will work directly in the field with our crews and supervision, receiving mentoring from key members of the management team. You will learn grade-checking, equipment operation, and departmental functions.

Depending on your college course progress, you will shadow a Project Engineer/Project Manager, assisting with daily duties such as quantity tracking, scheduling, and reviewing submittals, purchase orders, and RFI's. Cross-functional assignments may be available in maintenance, estimating, GPS, and our water distribution departments.

Qualifications
  • Pursuing a college degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field
  • Reliable transportation required for this internship, with travel to different projects throughout the Valley expected
  • Excellent communication skills and willingness to take initiative
