Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Marketing Manager at The Medicare Family in Noblesville, IN.

As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our Medicare plans and services.

You will oversee the creation of marketing materials, manage digital marketing campaigns, analyze market trends, coordinate events and promotions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.

The Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in expanding our reach and ensuring our message resonates with our target audience.

Qualifications
Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies
Proficient in digital marketing platforms and tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Knowledge of the healthcare or insurance industry
Previous experience in Medicare marketing is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
