Delivering food and beverage services to customers and guests in a warm, efficient, and skillful manner to ensure a delightful experience for all patrons.

COMPENSATION:

  • $7.00 per hour plus gratuity pool and additional tips

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Warmly welcomes customers and guests upon arrival; assists with seating when necessary.
  • Accurately takes food and beverage orders, providing helpful responses to inquiries about menu items.
  • Writes food orders meticulously or coordinates with wait staff for order handling.
  • Complies with state liquor regulations, confirming the legal drinking age of customers as required.
  • Prepares and serves beverages using correct recipes, glassware, and garnishes; serves or prepares drinks for wait staff.
  • Manages transactions, including operating the cash register and maintaining daily sales records.
  • Processes payments, offers change, and issues receipts to customers.
  • Cleans and sets tables and bar area as needed.
  • Prepares bar mixes and garnishes before service commences.
  • Stocks the bar with essential supplies such as glassware, beverages, and mixes.
  • Demonstrates a deep understanding of available beverage options, wine/champagne selections, and menu items.
  • Maintains cleanliness and hygiene standards consistently; performs end-of-day cleaning tasks.
  • Resolves customer concerns or complaints using own judgement or escalates to management when necessary.
  • Answers phone calls courteously and promptly.
  • Undertakes other tasks as delegated by management.
  • Supports fellow team members to ensure exceptional service delivery to all customers.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Prior experience in a bar environment is preferred.
  • Proficient knowledge of wines, beers, and mixed drink preparation.
  • Familiarity with state liquor regulations and ability to monitor alcohol consumption.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
