We are a growing Community Clinic, with 13 sites around North San Diego County, and 1 in Riverside County. TrueCare has a long history of providing improved access and quality care to those we serve. For almost 50 years, TrueCare has put our communities' health first. Our compassionate team understands their needs and provides a heartfelt welcome to each and every person who walks through our doors.
Practice Dental Health and impart health education information and techniques to our patients.
- Provide comprehensive dental care, services and preventive health education/techniques according to procedure for our patients.
- Assess dental needs and refer patients as necessary to dental specialists or medical providers using medical staff protocols for referral, follow-up and quality assurance.
- Perform dental procedures & services that are within the approved skills profile and/or scope of practice.
Job Requirements
- License from the State of California as Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medical Dentistry (DMD).
- Current CPR Certification Required
- X-Ray License Required.
- Minimum of six months experience as a Dentist.
- Spanish language skills a plus
- Will be required to travel between all TrueCare's sites and locations, therefore a California Driver's License, proof of valid automobile insurance and a clean driving record is required. id Sick Leave.

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position. This position is also eligible for our annual incentive program bonus. If you are hired at TrueCare, your final base salary (within the pay range), will be determined based on factors such as education, knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to those factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members when determining any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future and continued salary growth. We also offer generous benefits and retirement plans.
Employment is contingent on having an annual COVID-19 vaccination, or use of a mask, from November 1 through March 31 of every year.
