**Job Description:** Soliant Health is currently looking for a committed **Speech Language Pathologist** to join the team in **Johnstown, New Yorkarea**. The ideal candidate will conduct evaluations, diagnoses, and treatments for individuals with communication and swallowing challenges.
**Job Details:**
- Being on site is preferred
- Full-time position is preferred
- The role involves working in a school environment
**Responsibilities:**
- Perform in-depth assessments on speech, language, and swallowing capabilities
- Create and execute personalized treatment plans based on individual needs and objectives
- Deliver therapy services to enhance speech articulation, language understanding, and swallowing function
- Coordinate with various teams, such as doctors, educators, and caregivers, to provide comprehensive care
- Keep accurate records of patient progress and treatment results
**Qualifications and Requirements:**
- Must hold a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Should possess a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA or be eligible for certification
- Need to have a valid Speech-Language Pathology licensure in New York state
- Previous experience in a school setting is a plus
- Experience with AAC devices is desirable
