Job Summary:

Soliant is seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in a Pre-K 12th grade setting. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and providing SLP services to students in accordance with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech and language disorders in students
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address diverse communication needs
  • Provide SLP services to students in accordance with IEPs, including group and individual therapy sessions
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support students' communication skills and develop strategies for effective communication
  • Maintain accurate records of assessments, treatment plans, and progress reports
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current on best practices and research-based interventions

Requirements:

  • Masters or Doctorate Degree in Communication and Sciences Disorders or Speech and Language Pathology
  • Active SLP License
