As SALES LEAD (Full-time Seasonal) you will: Provide exceptional guest service as you support the store management team in day-to-day operationsEnsure that our guests have the best shopping experience everEngage with guests and create an entertaining, fun, exciting and memorable experiencePerform other tasks as assigned to support the needs of the businessPosition Preferences / Requirements: Prior retail keyholder, retail supervisory, cash-handling, and customer service experience requiredStrong merchandising skillsMust be able to work irregular schedules on weekdays, weekends, early evenings, and holidays to support the needs of the businessNaturally enjoy interacting with people of all agesAble to proactively intercept, engage, and demonstrate product to customers in a positive, welcoming and outgoing manner, and able to effectively communicate product featuresMust be welcoming, positive, engaging and friendly towards our guests, team members, and venue staffPhysical Demands
