In this role, you will work with skilled tradesmen and leaders to deliver essential maintenance programs and processes for plant operations. Your responsibilities include overseeing technicians, improving efficiency, solving problems, and driving continuous improvement initiatives during the night shift.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Strategize to Win - Train and develop maintenance team members
  • Drive Efficiency - Resolve maintenance issues using problem-solving skills

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED and related work experience
  • Prior experience in plant or industrial maintenance
  • Technical aptitude, Microsoft Office proficiency, and SAP experience
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated leadership ability
  • Ability to work night shifts
