Join HVMG as our Corporate Controller

Looking for a detail-oriented individual to take on the role of Corporate Controller at HVMG. The selected candidate will oversee the day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with GAAP and HVMG Standard Accounting Procedures.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Oversee preparation and distribution of Corporate Financial Statements
  • Produce quarterly management company financial reports
  • Conduct monthly balance sheet reconciliations
  • Collaborate with external auditors for financial audits
  • Facilitate annual tax returns
  • Process corporate invoices and expenses
  • Manage corporate credit cards and accounts receivable
  • Review fixed asset additions and depreciation schedules
  • Handle split billing and invoices for hotels

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in finance or accounting required
  • 3-5 years of corporate-level experience
  • Proficiency in Sage Intaact, ProfitSword Suite, and Hotel Effectiveness preferred
  • Extensive knowledge of financial statements and hospitality systems
