Due to our growth, we are looking for a driven, goal-oriented Tax Manager to join our team. We offer a full scope of benefits inclusive of health insurance, 401(k), and unlimited PTO with a flexible schedule and start date. This position has a direct path to partnership for the right individual.

Scope of Position

  • Manage clients that are currently being managed primarily by a partner of the firm
  • Review income tax returns to ensure accurate reporting, compliance with tax law and
  • Identify tax savings opportunities that are a value-add for clients
  • Take lead in tax planning projects
  • Cultivate ongoing internal and external relationships while providing personalized service of the highest caliber
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements, training and development
  • Invest in firm growth by develop and train tax professionals

Required Experience

  • Experience in flow through entities and high net worth clients
  • 5+ years of tax experience
  • CPA Required
  • Experienced with Excel and other tax related software
  • Bachelor's degree or higher

Preferred Experience

  • Experience managing client accounts, training and developing tax professionals, high-level review
  • Previous experience in an upper tier CPA firm or large corporation
