Position Summary


As a Marketing Project Specialist at Empower, you are not just managing projects; you are spearheading transformative marketing campaigns that define industry standards.

In this dynamic role, you report directly to the Director of Marketing Technology & Operations, leading the charge in turning visionary ideas into executed realities.

Your core mission is to oversee marketing projects from inception through to completion, coordinating with diverse teams to sharpen objectives, streamline resources, and ensure milestones are met with rigor and creativity.

You will harness your expert project management skills to foster seamless collaboration among internal teams and external partners, maintaining alignment with strategic goals and enhancing operational workflows.

This role challenges you to leverage your analytical prowess and detail-oriented mindset to drive project success, while your adept communication ensures transparency and accountability at all levels.

Duties and Responsibilities

Manages marketing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with objectives, timelines, and resources.
Collaborates with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements, define deliverables, and establish project timelines.
Utilizes Salesforce and other project management tools to track project progress, manage tasks, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
Coordinates with external vendors and agencies to ensure timely delivery of project assets and materials.
Serves as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing regular project updates.
Monitors project budgets and expenses, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines and optimizing resource allocation.
Identifies and mitigates project risks and obstacles, proactively addressing challenges to keep projects on track.
Continuously evaluates project processes and workflows, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing enhancements.
Fosters a culture of collaboration and accountability within the marketing team, promoting teamwork and shared ownership of project outcomes.
Performs other duties as assigned.
While performing the responsibilities of the job, the employee is required to talk and hear. The employee is often required to remain in a stationary position for a significant amount of the work day and frequently use their hands and fingers to handle or feel

in order to access, input, and retrieve information from the computer and other office productivity devices. The employee is regularly required to move about the office and around the corporate campus.

Experience and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

3-5 years of experience in marketing project management or a related role, with a focus on operational efficiency and customer service.

Proficiency in project management tools and platforms, with proficient experience in Salesforce.
