We are seeking a skilled individual to join our team in the role of Associate Field Marketing Manager.

In this position, you will play a key role in the Marketing team, overseeing the success of all demand generation initiatives and marketing events in the North Central / Great Plains region.


What You Will Be Doing:
  • Developing strategic and impactful regional marketing plans to establish a pipeline and achieve revenue targets
  • Collaborating with Marketing and Sales teams to develop and implement regional marketing programs tailored to local markets and target accounts. These initiatives include in-person and virtual seminars, webinars, executive engagements, third-party conferences, networking events, meeting maker programs, and more.
  • Partnering with various cross-functional teams to provide a comprehensive range of marketing programs to assist in meeting and exceeding marketing objectives
  • Cultivating and managing relationships with channel partners and key go-to-market ecosystem partners to enhance our value propositions, expand market awareness, and create new business opportunities
  • Monitoring lead flow to ensure timely follow-up by the appropriate Sales channels with event attendees and campaign responders
  • Overseeing key metrics and tracking KPIs in Salesforce and Tableau
  • Managing the quarterly regional field marketing budget
  • Analyzing program outcomes and business impact through data-driven reporting and analytics
  • Engaging with key stakeholders to generate a high level of awareness, enthusiasm, and adoption of marketing programs
  • Supporting all corporate initiatives, offering actionable feedback, sharing best practices, and acting as an advocate and source of marketing information for the region

Required Experience:
  • 4+ years of experience in relevant field or event marketing roles within a dynamic, high-growth technology organization
  • Solid Field and Channel Marketing proficiency, self-motivation, and a proven history of career advancement
  • Capability to create, manage, and execute multiple marketing campaigns concurrently, and adjust promptly to evolving requirements
  • Effective communication of regional marketing plans and gaining buy-in from sales teams and channels
  • Comprehensive understanding of the IT buyer, ability to craft compelling events for buyer personas
  • Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Superb project management, negotiation, decision-making, and strategic thinking abilities with a focus on data-driven decision-making
  • Skilled at establishing trustworthy, collaborative relationships with colleagues, sales teams, distributors, resellers, and clients
  • Strong sense of responsibility and ownership, capable of managing your business and clearly communicating results to the organization
  • Outcome-oriented, analytical, and with a track record of executing innovative, impactful field marketing initiatives
  • Experience with Marketing Automation, CRM systems, GSuite, and Splash is preferred
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
