We are seeking a dedicated Environmental Project Manager with expertise in environmental health & safety to join our dynamic team.

The Environmental Project Manager will primarily focus on managing building-related environmental projects, including Health and Safety Plans, healthy building audits, noise monitoring, risk assessments, ergonomics studies, and hazardous material report review.

The Environmental Project Manager will also be involved in training services, brown bag presentations, and regular updates of standards and regulations.


Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a Senior Project Manager for key accounts.
Act as the primary point of contact between clients and the project team.
The Environmental Project Manager will manage and delegate responsibilities for multiple projects.
Provide supervision and training to team members.
Coordinate and oversee the work of field technicians.
Ensure timely completion of projects by managing client outreach, proposal preparation, and documentation.
The Environmental Project Manager will attend regular scheduling meetings and spend time at project sites.

Qualifications:
BA/BS degree in environmental sciences, health & safety, industrial hygiene, construction management, or equivalent experience (minimum 5 years).

Must possess at least two of the following certifications: Cal-OSHA Certified Asbestos Consultant, Certified Industrial Hygienist, California Department of Public Health (CADPH) Lead Inspector-Assessor, or CDPH Lead Project Monitor.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic drafting programs.
Strong understanding of building systems, construction materials, architecture, and construction management.
Ability to read and understand construction drawings (architectural & MEP).
The Environmental Project Manager must be willing to travel and occasionally work evenings and weekends.

Must be physically capable of wearing personal protective equipment, climbing ladders, navigating crawl spaces, and lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
