Clinical Manager- Intraoperative Neuromonitoring

Your role as a Clinical Manager will involve overseeing a team of Surgical Neurophysiologists, handling client relationships, monitoring complex cases, training team members, and expanding our client base.

  • Develop and nurture relationships with internal associates, physicians, OR staff, and clients to maintain and grow business.
  • Manage day-to-day IONM activities at assigned accounts, including overseeing labor, scheduling, team quality performance, and conducting chart audits.
  • Conduct IONM monitoring during various procedures regularly.
  • Take on additional duties, work on special projects, and embody our core values - Integrity, Care, Teamwork, and Improvement.


Now, let's talk about what you bring to the table:

  • Hold a Bachelor of Science Degree or Graduate Degree in Biological Sciences or have equivalent experience.
  • Have a minimum of four years of experience as a Surgical Neurophysiologist.
  • Possess a CNIM certification.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills and have a valid driver's license.
  • Hold active Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) certification.
  • Provide proof of immunization and any necessary health testing.
