Job Title: Bar Server
Company: Hilton Sandestin Beach

Responsibilities:
  • Warmly greet guests and take their food and beverage orders promptly.
  • Maintain a well-stocked bar daily by ensuring all supplies are readily available.
  • Efficiently serve orders to guests and other servers.
  • Retrieve and check orders for accuracy.
  • Prepare fruit garnishes and complete end-of-shift paperwork.
  • Secure all beverage storage areas and uphold cleanliness standards.
Additional Duties:
  • Complete assigned side work tasks.
  • Conduct general cleaning using designated hotel products to meet health standards.
  • Adhere to all liquor regulations related to serving alcohol.
Requirements:
  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
  • Mathematical skills for cash handling and transactions.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English with guests.
  • Familiarity with MICROS Point of Sale system.
  • Physically capable of standing, lifting, and working in confined spaces.
  • Capacity to handle conflict situations with guests.
Qualifications:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Previous bartending experience is a plus.
  • Licenses or Certificates: Able to obtain necessary government licenses.
  • Grooming: Must maintain a professional appearance.
