Your responsibilities

  • In close collaboration with responsible Key Account Managers, you will be responsible for the intensive support of a defined portfolio of key account customers.
  • You will act as the interface to our worldwide branches when it comes to reviewing, controlling, and coordinating international logistics tenders across all modes of transport.
  • As a team member of internal project teams, you will work on customer projects with strategic relevance and long-term, partnership-oriented focus.
  • By regularly creating group analyses, quality reports, and executive summaries, as well as administratively maintaining master data, you will keep the "big picture" in mind.
  • Preparing presentation materials for customer meetings and following up on them independently are also part of your responsibilities.
  • Through proactive communication, you will create the basis for optimal information flow.

Your qualifications

  • You have successfully completed training as a commercial clerk (m/f/d) for forwarding and logistics services, have a business education with experience in a sales department, or have completed a degree.
  • You have expertise in the international transport logistics industry and/or operational experience in the road, air, and/or sea freight sector.
  • Good Microsoft Office skills, especially in Excel
